you know at the end of the hgss arc where Silver has to train under his two former masters to fight against his father. can you imagine how lowkey terrified he probably is because it’s PRYCE. and even though he took care of pryce once, he and blue had to run away for SOME REASON. pryce clearly wasn’t treating them right, so the fact he has to deal with him again (a second time, and this time close and personal that isn’t to keep him away from himself and others) to train and defeat his father is shows you how forgiving and kind Silver really is.
he doesn’t trust easily. i don’t think he can ever trust easily again because of the life he’s been through, so a part of him is always going to be on edge while around him and learning– But at the same time i think he’d feel a little more at ease because Lance is there, and he trusted Lance as his master while in the GSC arc.
